INNOVENT is an independent research enterprise with about 120 employees and has extensive experiences on the field of magnetism.
During the past years a magnetic monitoring system for diagnostic purposes has been developed. This system allows to track a magnetic marked capsule during several hours without any harmful influence on the patients. Currently the 2nd generation of magnetic monitoring systems is under development. This system allows to track a magnetic marked object with up to 100 Hz and an accuracy in the range of 1 to 5 mm. INN has also investigated and developed methods for active drug delivery (patented) and movement of magnetic marked capsules.
